The Jog-a-Thon and Auction Dinner are our two major fundraisers for the year, providing our budget with over $60,000 in income. Families are asked to raise jog-a-thon pledges of at least $200 per family and to sell at least 10 Benefit Drawing raffle tickets for the Auction Dinner. If you have one child who attends only half time (equivalent to 2.5 full days per week), you are not required to participate in the Jog-a-Thon fundraising. However, it is very beneficial for the school if you are able to participate. Ideally, families will not have to pay for any of these fundraisers themselves but instead will promote successful fundraisers by getting pledges and selling raffle tickets to family and friends. We also ask families to volunteer for 20 hours per year for the Family Participation Program(FPP) or buy out the hours at $20/hour.We rely on the involvement of our families in the daily life of the school and in carrying out successful fundraisers. FPP is a vital part of the school community and helps give St. Anne the close family environment that is so good for our students. FPP hours can be done by any family member following the C.A.S.E. guidelines set forth by the Archdiocese of Portland.
